All animals offered for sale are bred and raised on the California desert. We have owned this herd of Bar-Zona cattle for over 22 years. No man-made chemicals have been used for the last 10 years, on either the cows or their offspring.

These cattle have been raised 200 miles from the metropolitan Los Angeles area. They are raised on natural grasses and browse. Their supplemental feeding consists of crop residue (tomatoes, carrots and parseley) and/or non-irrigated hay (no alfalfa). No hard grain is fed at all. This feeding and handling assures you of a natural wholesome product.
