Quality Service Process
- When we receive your order request and deposit we will call you to confirm order and custom processing information. Cutting and wrapping are done to your specific needs and preferences.
- Time estimate from processing to delivery is usually 30 days.
- A certified weight slip will be provided to client to determine total animal cost.
- Client submits total payment for order in cash, check or money order.
- Client can then arrange to pick up order or pre-arrange shipping.
Quality Beef
The beef from our cattle does not get as fat as commercially fed steers, so the processed meat is on average 15%-20% fat, as compared to 25% -35% for commercially raised choice steers.
- 30 to 40 head will be offered for sale in the late fall.
- Sale price is per pound live weight.
- Buyer is encouraged to inspect the animals prior to purchase.
- All animals are sold as live animals.
- We can make arrangements for slaughtering, cutting and wrapping.
